Few more roman places, out of Rome, than the seniority Tarraco. it was the capital of a big province, the Tarraconense, that covers two thirds parties of the peninsula Ibérica. Their walls shelter to the emperor, Augusto, who stays here two years, directing for the first time the world from a city that wasn’t Rome. That great past has left an overwhelming trail of ruins that are from the heritage of the humanity shuffled with medieval architectures, modernists, and contemporary.
