BungalowsClub has visited the Costa Da Morte to show you some of the most charming places of this little space in the coast of Galicia. Its name comes from all the marine disasters that took place next to this beautiful place. So, we are showing you four places you shouldn’t miss!

The towns from Finisterre to Malpica

This tour will show you different ways of life with a unique charm in Costa da Morte. In Camariñas, the palilleiras (a traditional figure), go out to the street to knit as a tradition. This tradition has taken place since the sixteenth century in the region. Moreover, this seaside town is internationally known.

The waterfall of Ézaro

This is the only place in Europe where a river flows directly into the sea as a waterfall. You can find this natural masterpiece in the municipality of Dumbría. This is a forty meter fall that has been the main star of numerous legends.

Cabo Vilán

This is one of the most dangerous points for sailors in the Atlantic coast. Here, an English boat with about 172 sailors sank in 1890. In fact, it is the oldest electric lighthouse in Spain, turned on for the first time in 1896; a monument which rises 125 meters above sea level.

Cabo Finisterre

You cannot miss it! Romans considered this point the end of the earth. Even so, Finisterre continues being one of the most known places in Europe. It has been the venue of several naval battle and the place where legends have emerged since a long time ago.

Do not miss chance to meet every magnificent corner of Costa da Morte and live the experience of doing it in a bungalow or cottage.
